He is 5!

I know I am getting older when I catch myself more often saying, 'Wow, time sure goes by fast!'.  But it really does! I remember holding this little guy in the hospital the day he was born, and now I get to watch him enjoy all the fun things that surround the life of a 5 year old boy: trucks, tractors and his new dirtbike!

A Chilly Day in February - Whatcom County Child Photographer

These kiddos braved the chilly february day to take some precious photos.  Then we were able to thaw out when we went inside for some indoor portraits.  Even though this little man wasn't a fan of having his photos taken; we were still able to catch him looking at the camera.  But I think he is just as handsome as he was staring out the window at the chickens outside. (our chickens can be great entertainment for the kiddos:)!



Baby 'M' - Whatcom County Infant Photographer

She is adorable! I feel so fortunate that James & Kerri shared their new addition with me so that I could get my baby fix! She was such a trooper with her eyes wide open; and then fell fast asleep in her tutu (it may have helped that I had the house at 75+degrees to keep her nice and toasty during the session:).

Nothing Like Perfect Timing - Whatcom County Maternity Photographer

Nothing like perfect timing for a maternity session; when baby arrived just days later!  This time of year, we are often at the mercy of the rain here in the beautiful northwest, but it held out for us (just like baby did).  Rachel's belly was so adorable...and so is her beautiful baby boy!! (featured in previous blog)
